How do I pick my size?

Measure the widest part of your hips and compare it with the size-guide table. Between two sizes, choose the larger one. If it does not fit perfectly, we exchange it for free.

Is it really free?

Yes. We are closing the store and clearing the warehouse, so every piece left is free as a thank-you to our customers. You only cover shipping & handling, a flat amount based on the number of items, shown in your cart before you pay.

How much do they absorb?

It depends on the style: every product page states its level (light, medium or heavy flow, or light to moderate bladder leaks). For nights or heavy days we recommend the full-coverage styles.

Can you see them under clothes?

No. The absorbent core is thin and built into the piece. The seamless styles are invisible even under tight clothes.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash at 30-40 °C (86-104 °F) with the rest of your laundry, no fabric softener or bleach, and line dry. They last for years of washing.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships you receive an email with the tracking number.

Can I return or exchange?

For hygiene reasons we only accept returns of unworn pieces with the tag on. Size exchanges are free: email us and we send you another size.

Is the parcel discreet?

Yes. We ship in a plain parcel with no branding and no reference to the contents.
