Free size exchange

If your piece does not fit perfectly, email us at info@alumeva.com with your order number and the size you need within 30 days of delivery. We send you another size at no cost.

Returns

Because this is underwear, we only accept returns of unworn pieces, with the tag on and in their original bag, within 14 days of delivery. Once the piece is received and checked, we refund the shipping & handling amount to the same payment method.

Faulty piece

If you receive a faulty piece, send us a photo and we replace it at no cost.
