How it works

Four layers, one piece

1. Top layer. A soft fabric that lets liquid through and stays dry to the touch.

2. Absorbent core. High-absorbency fibres that lock the liquid in and neutralise odour.

3. Leak-proof barrier. A waterproof, breathable membrane that stops anything getting through.

4. Outer fabric. The piece you see: seamless, cotton or lace, invisible under clothes.

How much does it absorb?

Every style states its level on the product page: light flow (up to 2 tampons), medium (2-4), heavy (up to 8) or light to moderate bladder leaks. For nights or heavy days choose the full-coverage or high-waist styles.

How do you use them?

Like any underwear. When you take them off, rinse in cold water and machine wash at 30-40 °C (86-104 °F) without fabric softener. Line dry. Ready for next time.
